Job summary

An environmental consulting firm based in Houston is looking for a Hydrology & Hydraulics Engineer to lead projects and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in water resources engineering, a PE license, and proficiency with HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS. This role involves managing complex analyses, client engagement, and business development, all while fostering a collaborative environment for growth. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in hydrology or hydraulics.
• A licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• Experience in civil/horizontal infrastructure projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hydrology & hydraulics projects for clients.
• Supervise a team of junior and mid-level staff.
• Perform complex hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
