Job summary

The California Department of Water Resources seeks a Senior Hydroelectric Power Utility Engineer (Supervisor) to lead the IOU Remittance Section under CEBO. You will plan, organize, and supervise staff to manage NBC collections and analysis of about $902.4 million annually, while maintaining relationships with IOU representatives and ensuring accurate forecasting models.

You will participate in CPUC rulemaking and help develop and administer AB 1054/AB 1X related agreements and procedures,

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in the IOU Remittance Section under CEBO.
• Manage NBC data collection, validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Maintain relationships with IOU representatives.
• Oversee annual data requests to IOUs and forecasting models.
• Participate in CPUC rulemaking and AB 1054/AB 1X procedures.
