Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in hydraulic systems or fluid power.
• Hands-on understanding of hydraulic components and system integration.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Ability to balance performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Customer-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the division's senior technical authority, evaluating hydraulic designs, sizing, and feasibility.
• Lead and mentor the Applications Engineering team to develop capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal teams to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee engineering projects, priorities, and workload while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure producibility of solutions.
• Drive problem-solving including root-cause analysis and complex hydraulic challenges.
• Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and influence future product development.
