Job summary

RAVE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, provision, and manage enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and SaaS environments. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security to support critical operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring across hybrid environments, backup and disaster recovery, and coordinating with the Service Desk and vendors. A Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience with hybrid on-prem and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across on‑prem, cloud, and SaaS.
• Monitor system health in hybrid environments and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Respond to alerts for hardware, software, cloud services, and SaaS platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain physical/virtual servers and cloud resources.
• Support SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) and identity/access management.
• Perform security monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery validation.
• Document procedures and manage IT projects end-to-end with vendors.
• Participate in patch management, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
