Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Sr. Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to blend traditional systems administration with modern cloud engineering across on‑prem, virtualized, and cloud environments.

You will manage Windows and Linux platforms, VMware, and AWS while driving automation and modernization initiatives. You will design and implement disaster recovery, monitor performance, and document standards and runbooks to support scalable, secure, and cost‑aware infrastructure across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems administration, infrastructure or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware and public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux infrastructure services across enterprise platforms.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure across on‑premises, virtualized, and cloud environments.
• Support AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, and security capabilities.
• Support and maintain VMware virtualization platforms with focus on security and availability.
• Develop automation, scripts, and IaC to deliver repeatable, scalable solutions.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery, backup, and data retention aligned to RTO/RPO.
