Trace3 is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the development and implementation of complex solutions that drive client success.

This role blends advanced technical expertise with leadership to guide projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices are consistently applied. The Senior Engineer serves as a trusted advisor, influencing technical strategy and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of professional technical experience, with 2–4 years in solution design or architecture.
• Strong knowledge across compute, storage, virtualization, and backup/recovery domains.
• Experience implementing enterprise solutions in real-world client environments.
• Ability to travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of complex client solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Influence technical strategy and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Architects to ensure architectural consistency.
• Develop documentation, diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Provide technical support to delivery teams during implementation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge.
• Conduct solution assessments and assist with pilots or PoCs.
• Ensure solutions meet standards, compliance, and quality requirements.
