Job summary
CAC I is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Fort Bragg, NC. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex HVAC systems within secure facilities, including SCIF environments, while coordinating with engineering teams and documenting findings. Relocation or sign-on bonus may be available.
Up to 10% travel may be required. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required. A Master HVAC license or equivalent experience is highly valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience or equivalent with Master HVAC license.
- NATE certification and US citizenship; TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with fault isolation of environmental systems and their sophisticated electronic support systems.
Responsibilities
- Inspect HVAC systems and components to evaluate condition and repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair on large commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
- Respond to service calls and document findings in CMMS.
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including controls and monitoring equipment.
- Work with engineering to review plans and determine equipment locations.
- Deploy to military facilities and support critical environmental systems.
