Qualifications

• Mandatory EPA certification is required.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar HVAC role in residential or commercial sectors.
• Ability to troubleshoot, install, and repair HVAC systems independently with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak efficiency.
• Diagnose complex system failures and provide long-term repair solutions.
• Install and maintain ductwork, electrical connections, and refrigerant lines.
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations, local codes, and safety standards.
• Interact with customers to explain repairs and address questions clearly.
• Maintain accurate digital records of services and submit daily reports.
