ColonialWebb is seeking an HVAC Master Technician to work hands-on with commercial and industrial mechanical systems, diagnosing and repairing high-stakes HVAC challenges on major projects in the Chantilly area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting expertise for complex HVAC issues.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to lead and coordinate crews.

Responsibilities

• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex HVAC issues.
• Commercial Repairs: Repair HVAC systems in large commercial/industrial facilities.
• Preventive Maintenance: Keep systems running smoothly and proactively.
