Job summary

The Tustin Group is seeking a seasoned HVAC technician to lead our field team. You will oversee preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quality workmanship.

A strong background in commercial HVAC and a valid driver's license are required. You will collaborate with vendors, manage on-call rotations, and contribute to a culture of transparency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience (commercial experience preferred)
• EPA universal certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record to drive company vehicle.
• Flexible in schedule and able to work on-call rotation.
• Able to pass a pre-employment substance screening and background check.
• Willingness to provide superior customer service

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential problems to maintain equipment reliability.
• Effectively diagnose and repair all types of HVAC equipment.
• Work with equipment vendors to identify necessary parts for system repairs.
• Communicate problems to customers and provide them with solutions.
• Timely submission of daily paperwork and service reports.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
