Seneca Resources seeks an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee daily operations of multiple field projects in Lewisville, TX, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field operations experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and building codes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with retrofit projects and mechanical project management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation crews across multiple job sites in Lewisville, TX.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
• Review project plans, schedules, staffing needs, and material requirements to optimize project execution.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and address any quality or safety issues promptly.
• Train, mentor, and develop field technicians and foremen to foster high-performing teams.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation including time sheets, change orders, and field reports.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
