Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to lead day-to-day HVAC sheet metal operations at Richmond/VA area projects. You will direct installation, modification, and repair, while guiding a crew of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices to deliver high-quality workmanship.

You’ll study specs and BIM model data to plan staffing, assign tasks, and supervise field work across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in HVAC sheet metal operations field or equivalent
• Experience as HVAC Sheet Metal foreman
• Ability to manage and lead teams of 8–10 people
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC sheet metal systems installation
• Must multi-task and work with minimal supervision to meet standards

Responsibilities

• Direct installation, modification, and repair of HVAC sheet metal and related systems
• Plan staffing and scheduling for every project phase
• Assemble and coordinate project team across crews and subcontractors
• Direct and coordinate work to prevent delays and meet specifications
• Attend meetings and ensure safe, quality project execution
