Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces and AC units. You will perform service calls, maintenance, and guidance to customers on system performance and recommended repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience or equivalent.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics, crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps and AC units.
• Perform repairs, service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Identify issues and recommend heating/cooling solutions.
• Ensure work meets company standards and local codes.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing work.

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:
