The Contractor Consultants is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Hillsborough Township, NJ. This full-time role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure reliable comfort for residential and light-commercial customers.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in HVAC service and installation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a competitive pay range of $35 – $42+ per hour based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience (residential and light commercial).
• Experience working with furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and RTUs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC systems.
• Install HVAC equipment and components in accordance with code and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, repair options, and recommendations.

Skills

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience

Strong mechanical aptitude

Valid driver’s license

Education

EPA certification preferred
