Ideal candidates are organized, maintain service records, and communicate effectively with customers while traveling locally between client sites. A high school diploma or trade certification and EPA Universal Certification are preferred; 5

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC/general maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance on HVAC units.
• Diagnose and repair airflow, ducting, and related systems.
• Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA standards.
• Complete work orders and document findings clearly.
• Maintain customer communications and attend safety meetings.
