Job summary

Sancrest Llc in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic Level III to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial systems. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, lead field service jobs, mentor junior techs, and ensure safe, quality service.

You will work on chillers, RTUs, boilers, pumps, and controls, conducting preventive and predictive maintenance and offering energy-efficient retrofit solutions.

Qualifications
