Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and chillers preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC faults to ensure efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance such as filter replacement and inspections.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for both commercial and residential customers. This includes air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical wiring.
• Responding to emergency call-outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution.
• Providing technical support and advice to customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in a clear, understandable manner.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered.
