Job summary

Townsend Energy is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our residential team in New Hampshire. You will perform service and maintenance on oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems, including heat pumps and boilers.

Strong troubleshooting, safety, and customer-service skills are essential. We offer shift options (1st, 2nd, weekends) with competitive hourly pay, a take-home vehicle, cross-training, and education/licensing programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems.
• Install and service propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment; provide excellent customer service.
• Educate homeowners on systems and products; consult on repair vs replacement decisions.
• Daily use of a tablet to document service work.
