Job summary

A leading mechanical services provider is seeking an HVAC Applied Equipment Service Sales and Service Projects Manager for Western PA and Northern WV. The successful candidate will oversee service projects, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient operations of HVAC equipment. A minimum of three years in Mechanical Project Management and five years in HVAC service are required. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing all project aspects, including financial forecasts and staff management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Mechanical Project Management.
• HVAC Service background with a minimum of five years in the HVAC Chiller mechanical equipment service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the completion of service group projects per contract requirements.
• Prepare financial forecasts and updates for projects.
• Maintain communication with project stakeholders and clients.
