Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician in Princeton, MN. You will support and oversee repair of Refrigeration HVAC equipment across Walmart facilities, using HVAC/R skills, hand tools and power tools to complete jobs.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, responding to emergencies, diagnosing issues, and staying compliant with OSHA/EPA regulations. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA certification Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 18+ with High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Use work order system to receive repairs and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
