Constellation is seeking a qualified HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to perform installation, maintenance and repair for commercial customers in the Baltimore area. The role requires extensive experience, a Journeyman license and EPA certification, with emphasis on safety and high-quality service.

You will diagnose complex system issues, perform routine maintenance, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair.
• State Journeyman HVAC license and EPA certification for refrigerants.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues for optimal performance.
• Perform regular maintenance and safety inspections; keep detailed service reports.
