Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking an HVAC/R and Facilities Technician to support multiple sites in the Greater Atlanta Area. This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, system troubleshooting, and basic facility support at commercial kitchens and production facilities.

You will travel between sites, perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems, and coordinate with vendors. The position offers overtime, full benefits, and opportunities to advance into facilities or regional leadership as

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
Experience with rooftop units, ventilation systems, or walk-in refrigeration.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites locally.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (Rooftop units, VAVs, exhaust fans, hoods, DOAS systems).
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites.
Travel between multiple sites in the Greater Atlanta Area.
Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and warranty work.
Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance and diagnose issues.
Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite teams and vendors.
Review startup, testing, and balancing reports to verify system performance.
Assist with new site openings by verifying installation and system functionality.
