Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience in engineering product development.
• Broad knowledge of project management and delivering processes and policies.
• Experience in HVAC product design and development engineering.
• Proficient with CAD/FEA/CFD tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and delivery of processes and programs.
• Serve as technical specialist for residential HVAC product concepts and designs.
• Counsel on solving field and production problems requiring design changes.
