Job summary
Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential installation projects and mentor junior technicians. You will manage on-site work, ensure quality outcomes, and prioritize safety and efficiency across attics and tight spaces.
Candidates should have 2+ years of leadership in HVAC installations, EPA and TDLR credentials, and be comfortable using iPad and Service Titan.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations in 3 years.
- Experience using an iPad and Service Titan software.
- EPA Certification and TDLR license (Nate preferred).
