Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with 5+ years of field experience to install systems, ductwork, and related components in residential and commercial settings in Pueblo, CO. You will join a team focused on safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include designing, fabricating, and installing duct systems, performing system start-ups and diagnostics, maintaining clean work areas, completing installation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Ability to install HVAC systems according to company and manufacturer standards.
• Design, fabricate and install duct systems and fittings as required for each job.
• Execute system start-ups and basic diagnostics to ensure functionality.
• Maintain clean work areas and complete installation documentation.
• Communicate with customers and explain the installation process clearly.
• Train apprentices on installation practices, tools usage, system testing and IAQ setup.
• Follow safety and brand standards and participate in training sessions.

Responsibilities

• 5 years minimum required experience
• Install HVAC Systems
• Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems, and accessories according to company and manufacturer standards.
• Perform Ductwork and Fabrication
• Design, fabricate, and install duct systems and fittings as required for each job.
• Execute System Start-Ups and Limited Diagnostics
• Start up new systems and perform basic diagnostics to ensure functionality.
• Maintain Clean Work Areas
• Use floor savers, drop cloths, and inspect the work area for cleanliness upon job completion.
• Complete Accurate Job Documentation
• Fill out installation forms detailing tasks performed and materials used for records and quality tracking.
• Communicate with Customers
• Address questions, concerns, and explain the installation process in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle Equipment and Vehicle Responsibilities
• Deliver and remove equipment, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking and part returns.
• Train Apprentices
• Instruct apprentices on proper installation practices, tools usage, system testing, wiring, and IAQ product setup.
• Follow Safety and Brand Standards
• Wear approved uniform, follow safety policies, and adhere to One Hour’s standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Participate in Training
• Attend all company-sponsored training sessions to stay current on techniques, safety practices, and system updates.
