• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC construction.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Supervise HVAC installation crews and subcontractors on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, material deliveries, and equipment usage.
• Conduct quality control inspections and proactively resolve field issues.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, jobsite documentation, and progress updates.
• Enforce company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on all job sites.
• Support project completion goals by maintaining productivity and workmanship standards.
