Overview

We are a leading BAS and HVAC control provider for commercial and residential buildings throughout the greater Tennessee area. We are looking for a Senior HVAC Controls Technician with at least 7 years of experience and expertise in Niagara N4, graphical programming, and major building automation systems like Johnson, Trane, or Distech. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced HVAC control systems, mentoring junior technicians, and collaborating with project managers and clients to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced HVAC control systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with project managers and clients to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Strong Tridium Niagara programming and platform experience.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls (JCI), ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, KMC, or other.

NICE TO HAVE

• Distech, Trane, or JCI experience.
• Tridium Niagara N4 certification.
• Controls protocols BACnet, Modbus, LonTalk.
