YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Controls Systems Operations Manager in Norfolk, Virginia. This position involves leading a team of Systems Technicians and Designers, ensuring projects are completed within legal and safety standards while managing performance expectations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HVAC experience and the ability to communicate effectively. Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a range of $89,000 to $134,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven HVAC experience.
• Extensive knowledge of air conditioning principles and commercial product lines.
• Relevant hands-on experience and systems design.
• Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Branch Systems operation team including Systems Technicians and Designers.
• Assign projects and resources to Lead Systems Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
• Hire, retain, and manage performance of direct reports.
• Facilitate Systems Operations Technical Training.
