Calqulate is seeking a Construction Superintendent in California to lead scheduling of materials, equipment and manpower for plumbing project installations. The role requires strong field leadership and oversight of quality, safety, and contractor relationships.

You will manage field teams, monitor progress, read plans, perform takeoffs, and support cost controls to keep projects on budget. Travel to sites will be required and a focus on timely, safe project delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management or related field; experience may compensate for education
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• California Driver License with good DMV record required
