Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, focusing on HVAC systems, commissioning planning, and verification of energy savings across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare.

You will collaborate with engineering, controls, and operations teams to ensure sequences of operation align with project intent, drive performance improvements, and deliver reliable, energy-efficient systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent interaction with owners, engineers and contractors to drive project outcomes.
• Knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.
• Preferred: Commissioning Certification (ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE); EI/PE; CEM.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning planning and execution across multi-site projects.
• Perform design reviews and validate sequences of operation.
• Coordinate functional performance testing and submittals.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional tests.
• Lead meetings and drive corrective actions to close gaps.
• Collaborate with controls and retro-commissioning teams to optimize systems.
• Support project turnover and long-term operational performance.
