Job summary

WarCollar Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Assessment Lead to support NTIA in conducting High Value Asset cybersecurity assessments. You will lead the assessment lifecycle, coordinating planning, technical activities, reviews, stakeholder interviews, and reporting to ensure findings and recommendations are clearly communicated.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal High Value Asset (HVA) cybersecurity assessments.
• Experience with federal cybersecurity standards and regulations (FISMA, FIPS, NIST SP 800-series).
• Ability to coordinate across government stakeholders and contract personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the HVA assessment team.
• Lead and coordinate the assessment team throughout the assessment lifecycle.
• Manage the overall execution of HVA assessments per DOC/HVA requirements.
• Develop assessment plans, scopes, schedules, and technical approaches.
• Oversee preparation, documentation reviews, interviews, scans, testing, and risk analysis.
• Draft and deliver comprehensive HVA assessment reports.
• Debrief stakeholders on results, risks, and remediation actions.
