A leading construction firm is looking for a qualified Project Manager in Caldwell, ID to oversee high-voltage electric transmission and distribution projects. The successful candidate will manage project planning, budgeting, staffing, and subcontractor relationships. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and management, ensuring budget adherence.
• Develop, manage, and update project schedules.
• Assist in bid preparation and contract administration.
• Track and report progress for all construction activities.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
