This is a hands‑on opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, supporting leaders, resolving employee‑related matters, and contributing to a positive work environment. The role will be involved in employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, and HR process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR‑related questions and concerns
  • Assist with resolving employee issues and conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives
  • Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment and claims
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with HR reports, metrics, and other HR‑related data
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices
