Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support to lead HR activities for our South Jersey skilled nursing facilities, primarily in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. The role partners with Regional HR to ensure compliance, guide employee relations, and supervise HR operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare HR, prior facility-level HR leadership, and familiarity with ADP or UKG.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare.
• Facility-level HR Director or HR Manager experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ADP and/or UKG experience preferred.
• Strong employee relations and HR compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Travel to facilities to assist with HR leadership coverage and operational needs.
• Mentor and support facility HR Directors, including onboarding and training.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct personnel file and compliance audits.
• Support leave administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR processes.
• Partner with Regional HR leadership on special projects and initiatives.

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support to support our South Jersey skilled nursing facilities, with the majority located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

This is a hands-on, multi-site HR role working closely with the Regional HR Director to support facility HR teams, ensure compliance, and provide guidance on employee relations and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Travel to facilities to assist with HR leadership coverage, vacancies, and operational needs.
• Mentor and support facility HR Directors, including onboarding and training.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
