Reports To: Human Resources Director
Salary Range: $120,000–$135,000
Annual Incentive: 15% Target Bonus
Travel: Occasional travel required
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for assisting with key HR programs and operations across all North American locations, with a primary focus on compensation and benefits administration and the management of third-party HR service providers. This role serves as a key partner to Plant Managers and Clerks, ensuring HR programs are administered consistently, accurately, and effectively. The position manages day‑to‑day relationships with outsourced payroll, benefits, HR technology, recruiting, and other HR vendors, while supporting compensation programs, and related HR processes. The Senior HRBP also provides broad HR support to employees and leaders and serves as a key connection between the HR Coordinator, HR Director, and Executive Leadership.
