Job summary

Leidos is actively hiring for a TS/SCI cleared Human Geography Analyst to join our Springfield, VA team. The successful candidate will produce human geography products using GIS, geospatial techniques, and geographic analysis to support policy decisions and mission planning.

Responsibilities include creating maps, reports, data attribution, and SOPs for knowledge transfer. Required: active TS/SCI or eligibility, 5+ years in HG analysis including GEOINT, strong ArcGIS Pro skills, and experience

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a POLY.
5+ years’ experience as HG Analyst or similar, including 1–3 years supporting DOD/IC GEOINT.
Experience in researching, discovering and extracting geospatial and non-geospatial information.
Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro for data creation, attribution, schema development, geo-referencing and data management.

Responsibilities

Produce HG products including maps, attributed data, and written reports.
Support GEOINT operations and NOX requirements; respond to RFIs for geospatial data.
Contribute to HG production through writing SOPs, training, and knowledge transfer.
Ensure ITAR compliance for partner interactions and data handling.
Lead production phases from discovery to dissemination and presentation.
