Job summary

Prolific is seeking Senior HTML/CSS Developers to join our Expert Network and help train and evaluate AI models. You’ll review AI-generated HTML/CSS, ensure semantic structure, and verify cross-browser compatibility while contributing to high-quality frontend implementations.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience in frontend development, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG), with a focus on clean, semantic markup using modern CSS techniques including BEM, CSS Grid, and Flexbox.

Qualifications

BSc or higher in CS, software engineering, web development or related field.
Real-world experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or UI Engineer focusing on HTML/CSS.
Ability to build complex, responsive layouts and components without relying on frameworks.
Deep knowledge of CSS cascade, specificity, box model, Flexbox, CSS Grid, WCAG, and cross-browser compatibility.
Commitment to semantic markup, maintainable CSS, BEM, design tokens, and modern CSS standards.

Responsibilities

Review AI-generated HTML/CSS for correctness, structure and best practices.
Audit AI explanations for layout solutions to ensure technical soundness.
Render model-generated markup to verify visuals and cross-browser behavior.
Identify inaccessible markup, inefficient selectors, deprecated attributes, or odd CSS properties.
Provide structured feedback on responsive design and component architecture.
