Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Production Operations Health & Safety Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs across Midland and Three Rivers assets. You will partner with Production, Maintenance and Facilities to embed safety into daily work and project activities, fostering a proactive risk-based safety culture.

The role requires 10+ years in upstream HSE, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong incident investigation and regulatory skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of upstream HSE experience in oil and gas.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-basin operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and oversight of HSE programs across production, maintenance and facilities operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation through JSA and risk assessments.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and engage field personnel across basins.
• Support contractor HSE qualification, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs and mentor personnel.
• Track HSE metrics, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and incident response.
