What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Partner with HR management and functional areas to analyze work processes and improve efficiency
  2. Manage projects focused on HR Management System improvements and ensure data integrity
  3. Collaborate with technical staff and vendors on system upgrades and troubleshooting
  4. Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support system changes, and train users on new functionalities
  5. Provide production support for HRMS, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in human resources, payroll, or HR Systems Management
  2. Extensive knowledge of HRMS application modules and their functionalities
  3. Proficient in report writing using tools such as Crystal, SQL, and Microsoft applications
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  5. Experience in relational databases and time management business processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Master’s degree in a related field
  2. PMP (Project Management Professional) or HRIP (Human Resource Information Technology) certification
  3. Experience with UKG time tracking systems
  4. Knowledge of current trends in HRMS and information systems training
