  • Deliver early‑impact dashboards or analyses that address high‑priority People questions.
  • Establish trusted relationships with People leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and consistency in people data reporting and analysis.
Must‑Haves
  • 5+ years of experience in an HRIS or People Analytics role.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining Workday.
  • Strong technical data analysis skills and Workday Report Administrator experience, including reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR data, data governance, and best practices for maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Experience working in a fast‑growing, scaling organization.
