Job summary

Children's Institute, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage a segment of the HRIS portfolio, focusing on system configuration, integrations, reporting, and dashboards. You will collaborate with the HRIS Director to design technical solutions that support HR and agency objectives.

The role requires 4–6 years in HRIS, familiarity with Workday HCM, and strong data integrity and reporting skills. On-site work in Los Angeles, with potential project-based travel and a focus on process

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of HRIS experience, including Workday HCM.
  • 1 year of project management experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in computer science or systems & network administration from a two‑year college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical HRIS solutions; maintain data integrity and streamline administrative tasks.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for HRIS configurations, integrations/APIs, reports, and dashboards—from requirements gathering to deployment and archiving.
  • Oversee HRIS projects including software releases, backlog prioritization, and evaluation of new functionality.
  • Mentor HRIS Analysts and provide guidance to cross-functional users.

Provides essential HRIS support to meet the needs of the HR department across all functional areas. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors permitted by law. New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range to maintain internal inequity and allow opportunity for future salary growth.
