Senergy Power Solutions in St. Augustine, FL seeks an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, drive program management across the employee lifecycle, and advise leadership on strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in a fast-paced HR role, with at least 3+ years of advanced experience.
• Experience with processing multi-state payroll
• Benefits program administration (medical, dental, vision, 401K)

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.
• Analyze employee metrics and propose solutions to enhance people operations
• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain the Team Member Handbook
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Execute talent acquisition efforts and end-to-end recruitment for all hires including internships and temps
• Maintain the performance management system with annual reviews and succession plans
• Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and partner with leadership for complex issues
• Administer total rewards programs (PTO, benefits, etc.) and coordinate plan design and renewals
• Collaborate with Finance to process biweekly payroll
• Administer HR software systems and maintain accurate records
• Conduct market wage analyses and recommend salary structures compliant with laws
• Develop and manage internal training programs and ISO-9001 compliance
• Coordinate IT access provisioning for onboarding/offboarding
