Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior HR Systems Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of HR analytics and data-driven insights. You will guide senior leadership with strategic HR system recommendations and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with HR processes and data analysis to support leadership decisions.
  • Power BI and Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works with HR Centers of Expertise, vendors and IT to design, implement and maintain core HR technologies.
  • Recommends and plans improvements, enhancements, and new features for HR systems.
  • Provides analysis related to programs, policies and HR data processes.
  • Analyzes technology capabilities to maximize workforce productivity and HR support globally.

About the Role

The Senior HR Systems Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR analytics and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and practices and the ability to provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Works with HR Centers of Expertise, vendors and/or IT to design, implement and maintain core human resource technologies.
  • Combines Human Resource and specialized system knowledge to recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new features for systems.
  • Provides analysis and consultation related to programs, policies and practices that obtain, record, and process worker information or HR support related data.
  • Analyzes technology capabilities to produce information used to maximize and sustain workforce productivity and effectively deliver HR support to the global organization.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

  • Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$136,000.00 - $230,000.00
  • This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
  • Regular employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for a robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, life insurance, long-term disability leave, and a dependent daycare spending account.
  • In addition, all regular employees enjoy incentive plans, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term disability coverage, paid time off and holidays, participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
