Harvard University is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to lead HR consulting services for CADM units, including HUIT, FAD, and HFCU. The role emphasizes strategic HR planning, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, reporting to senior HR leadership.

35 hours weekly with some hybrid work and location flexibility within the Harvard system. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7+ years of HR experience, and strong communication, writing, and project-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience with consulting focus.
• Strong writing/editing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading HR projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with HR policies, investigations, and EEO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes and systems for HR consulting services.
• Consult with managers on employee relations and organizational design needs.
• Oversee salary administration, merit, and equity reviews.
• Develop and manage HR communications and project plans.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
