Job summary

Alcott HR in the Buffalo area seeks an experienced Senior Business Consultant to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, offering tailored HR solutions across PEO, ASO, HRO and HR consulting. You’ll develop new accounts, leverage your network, and close contracts while traveling the Western New York territory.

Flexible in-office/remote work is supported, with six-figure earning potential through base salary and commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales focusing on relationship-building (PEO experience preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of sales excellence in a competitive market.
• Able to prospect aggressively and develop new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with C-level executives.
• Independent worker who is also a collaborative team member.
• Proficient in consultative and solution-oriented sales techniques.
• Self-starter with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision makers.
• Leverage your network to generate referral business and expand Alcott HR's client base
• Educate advisors on Alcott HR's offerings and benefits for their clients
• Prospect and network for business owners and decision makers to explain how Alcott HR can help their company grow
• Complete required sales process, paperwork and finalize new client contracts
• Travel throughout our open territory; no set territories with Alcott HR
• Exceed sales goals determined by management and maximize earning potential
