Job summary

Trinzic is seeking a Senior Corporate Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across corporate functions. You will work with the Manager, Corporate People Partner to guide employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees across corporate functions to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, employment practices, and People Team policies.
• Manage employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance-related issues.
• Coach managers on employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and effective leadership practices.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning activities, and restructuring initiatives in partnership with business leaders and People Team stakeholders.
• Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and People Operations teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning discussions, and development planning activities.
• Review workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, support decision making, and inform People Team recommendations.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of People Team programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and established HR practices.
• Participate in special projects and strategic People Team initiatives associated with Trinzic’s growth and evolution as a standalone public company.
