Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight in the Americas region seeks an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across the U.S., Canada, and Brazil. This senior-level role partners with HRBPs and COEs to deliver consistent programs with regional context.

Based in Denver or Austin, the role follows a hybrid schedule with regular onsite presence. You will handle employee relations, policy guidance, leaves, and compliance while driving regional HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a regional or multi-country context.
• Experience supporting U.S., Canada, and Brazil is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS and employee lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions, concerns, and escalations across the Americas region.
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations for the region, escalating to HR leadership or Legal as appropriate.
• Guide employees and managers through policies, leaves, and accommodations in partnership with COE teams.
• Partner on HR programs across the Americas, including performance cycles, benefits open enrollment, and engagement.
• Support organizational changes and employee transitions with planning, communication, and implementation.
• Provide regional insights to HRBPs and COEs, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.
