The role emphasizes audit readiness, contract administration, escalation of risk, and confidential handling of HR data across the organization. On-site collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on HR compliance and operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own HR compliance reporting, audits, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain policy management.
• Oversee leaves administration with regulatory compliance and employee support.
• Develop training and communications to ensure policy updates are understood by staff.
• Maintain confidential HR data and provide timely advisory to HR teams.
