Job summary

Maximus is seeking an HR Business Partner Lead Consultant to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, growth, and transformation.

This senior role partners with HR and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions across talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, change management, and workforce planning, including AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of HRBP experience.
• Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, L&D).
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business managers to align HR practices with objectives.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development strategies.
• Apply change management theories to complex organizational changes.
• Coach and guide leaders on people management and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to address multi-faceted people challenges.
