Illumina is seeking a Senior Staff HR Business Partner for the BioInsight organization. This high‑impact IC role partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into organization and talent strategies, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance HR impact.

The role is full‑time, hybrid with 3–4 in‑office days weekly and occasional on‑site presence, requiring residence in the greater San Diego area and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, highly skilled organizations; experience in science/tech/AI/bioinformatics/life sciences preferred.
• Strong business acumen; experience in organization design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and organizational change.
• Strong consulting, influencing and communication skills; ability to challenge senior leaders with an independent point of view.
• Experience using workforce data, analytics and business information to generate insights and influence decisions.
• Experience applying AI tools in an HR/HRBP environment to improve analysis and decision support.

Responsabilités
